1 x IEJA Pes Mee Bandung ( 180g )
Ramuan / Ingredient :
Bawang, minyak sayuran, cili, udang kering, gula dan garam.
Onion, vegetable oil, chilli, dry shrimp, sugar and salt.
Cara Memasak / Cooking Instruction :
1. Masukkan perencah ke dalam 1 liter air beserta lauk yang dikehendaki.
2. Masukkan udang, mee dan telur. Bancuh sedikit tepung untuk memekatkannya.
3. Hidangkan bersama tauhu goreng dan limau. Hiaskan.
1. Put the seasoning into 1 liter of water with a side dish be required.
2. Add shrimp, mee and egg. Mix a little flour to make it sticky.
3. Serve with fried tofu and lemon. Decorate.
