Ramuan / Ingredient :
Bawang, Cili, Serai, Bawang Putih, Halia, Kulit kayu Manis, Bunga Lawang, Bunga Cengkih, Jintan Putih, Jintan Manis, Kicap Pekat, Garam, Lada Hitam, dan Gula.
Onion, Chili, Lemongrass, Garlic, Ginger, Cinnamon Stick, Star Arise, Cumin Seeds, Sweet Cumin, Salt, Black Pepper, and Sugar.
Cara Memasak / Cooking Instruction :
1. Didihkan 1300ml air dan masukkan 1kg daging lembu atau daging kambing selama 30 minit.
2. Masukkan pes masak hitam. Kacau hingga agak kering dan masukkan lada benggala dan hirisan bawang besar sebagai hiasan.
3. Daging masak Hitam siap untuk dihidangkan
1. Boil 1300ml water together with 1kg of beef / goat meat for 30mins.
2. Add in spiced soy sause paste. Stir well until almost dry. Garnish with capsicums & sliced onion.
3. Spiced soy sauce beef / goat meat ready to served.
