Preparation:
- 500 gram isi ayam, dipotong kecil
- 2 sudu besar Hexa Sate Premix
- sedikit minyak masak
- 1 batang serai
- lidi sate
Cooking Instruction : -
Step 1 - perap isi ayam dengan Hexa Sate Premix sekurang-kurangnya 1 jam, cucuk pada lidi sate
Step 2 panaskan kuali, sapu sedikit minyak dengan menggunakan serai yang telah dititik. Ulangi proses yang sama pada sate
Step 3 balik-balikkan sehingga sate masak, sedia untuk dihidang

Storage
