For vergans it can be usedas egg white substitute in binding flours for baking and batter. It can be used as a tea or ground to sprinkle on cereal, yogurt, salad.
Ingredient: 100% organic brown flaxseed
Egg white substitute: Add 1 tbsp organic brown flaxseed to 5 tbsp of boiling water. Leave to boil for 2 mins, strained and used the liquid as egg white substitute.
