The Hada-Labo Koi-Gokujyun UV White Gel is an all-in-one Japanese moisturizer gel with sun protection.

The concentrated moisturizer gel has the same functions as the previously released all-in-one moisturizer gels in the lineup (lotion, beauty serum, toner, face mask, sunscreen and makeup base). It uses its proprietary patent pending micro-encapsulation technology to give the highest labelled UV protection without the sun filters penetrating into skin, while giving it lightweight, fresh texture.

It also features Vitamin C derivative and 2 types of hyaluronic acids to moisturize skin and protect against moisture loss.

• Hyaluronic Acid

Needless to say, Hyaluronic acid plays a critical role in skin health with its unique ability to hold in moisture (1000 ml of water per gram of hyaluronic acid).

Hyaluronic acid is also a “smart nutrient” as it can adjust its moisture absorption rate based on the humidity—relative to the season and the climate.

• Vitamin C

The antioxidant properties of vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and its role in collagen synthesis make vitamin C a vital molecule for skin health. Dietary and topical ascorbic acid have beneficial effects on skin cells, and some studies have shown that vitamin C may help prevent and treat ultraviolet (UV)-induced damage.

Take notes that it is not resistant to water, sweat or sebum.

Can be used as Face Mask:

After facial cleansing, take an appropriate amount and spread gently on the whole face. After 3-5 minutes, wipe with clean water. It do works against sunburn.

Usage:

• Apply an appropriate amount after cleansing, gently apply to the skin evenly.
