Japanese Green Tea Buckwheat Noodles 200g Kanesu Cha Soba Uji Midori
Cooking Method:
- Add 100g of dried Cha-Soba into 1liter of boiling water
- Stir lightly using chopsticks and cook for about 4-5 minutes
- Drain the noodle then briefly rinse in cold water
-Please prepare your favorite soup or condiments before boiling the soba noodle
-The Cha-soba noodle is best served immediately after cooking
