Peach Gum Dessert Beauty Soup Set 150g

• Red Dates  (红枣)
• Goji Berries (枸杞)
• Dried longan (龙眼)
• Snow Bird Nest (雪燕)
• Snow Lotus  (皂角米)
• Peach Gum (桃胶)

• Place the peach gum, snow lotus, and snowbird nest in a bowl, then pour the water over it. Set aside and soak for 8 - 12 hrs or until softened.
• Drain the rehydrated peach gum, then rinse. If there are impurities in the peach gum, use kitchen tweezers to remove it.
• Place in a colander and rinse again.
• Bring the water to boil, add longan, red dates, and simmer for 30 mins.
• Add rock sugar and simmer for another 10 mins.
• Add in peach gum, snow lotus and snowbird nest and simmer for 2-5 mins.
• Add goji berries and then serve hot or chilled.
