野山乔木蜂皇乳
在馬來半島原始森林，有一種國寶級的小昆蟲它就是野山喬木 蜜蜂，俗稱大朗蜂（bee pokok tualang），野山蜂蜜喜歡在百尺以上 喬木築巢，這是一種馬來西亞蜂，高山氣候適中，空氣清新, 樹木茂盛，蜂群活動頻密。 當出生5-15日工蜂採花時，將花蜜和工蜂大咽頭與大顎腺分泌物混合，是為蜂皇乳。用以飼養蜂后的食物；工蜂與蜂后都是蜜蜂受精發育而成，如果幼蟲期完全以蜂皇乳為食物，則會發育為蜂后；若取一般食物，則發育成工蜂。蜂后的壽命可達三至五年，每天產卵二千粒，一生產卵三百萬粒以上；而工蜂則食花粉與蜂蜜，壽命最多只有六十天。
