野山百花蜜

服法：300ml溫水或室溫水加入2湯匙野山百花野蜜，一天喝一次。

外用：1茶匙百花野蜜加半茶匙小麥草粉，搽在面部或發炎處，15分鐘後以溫水洗淨即可。如要更加好效果可加入蜂皇漿和蜂膠。

Recommended Intake:

1. For regular consumption - add 2 tablespoons of Wild Raw Honey into a glass of cold or lukewarm water (approximately 300ml). Stir well and drink immediately. Best consumed once a day.

2. For external use – Mix 1 teaspoon of Wild Raw Honey and ½ teaspoon of wheatgrass powder. Apply onto affected area and leave on for 15 minutes. To further enhance rejuvenation of skin, fresh royal jelly or propolis may be applied on blemished skin.
