Return conditions

You have 3 days from the receipt of shipment for valid return. We will refund item(s) provided it is returned in its original packaging & unused. All delivered parcel to you includes a Packing Slip with Return Form. You are required to complete the Return Form and include it with your return parcel. Return Form are available for online download here. Key in Order Confirmation Number (Found in Packing Slip or Order Confirmation in email) for that order to retrieve Return Form. Return item(s) is to be delivered to the address stated in the Return Form. We recommend you pack securely the return good(s) and use a traceable carrier of your choice for tracking purposes. You will receive an email confirmation upon successful return. You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. Once an order is shipped, the Return Policy will apply. Contact us immediately by telephone or email for order issues such as incorrect / missing product (in parcel or transit) / incorrectly delivered and have your parcel slip ready in view.

Reimbursement condition

We will only refund the item cost on the order confirmation of return product(s). We is not responsible for returning packages & return delivery costs. We will not refund any importation charges imposed by importing countries. We will refund to the same credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks after successful return for the reimbursement credit to be reflected in your account. We does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
