One can boil them and then add in different sauces. Hand-made noodles are suitable for everyone, including the elderly and children.

Ingredients: Organic Unbleached Flour, Organic Millet, Filtered Water, French Sea Salt (Nature & Progres), Organic Wheat Bran

Ingredient: Organic Unbleached Flour, Organic Millet, Filtered Water, Fresh Sea Salt (Nature & Progres), Bamboo Charcoal Powder

Cooking Instuctions:

1. Boiled water, 400ml
2. Add Earth Living Organic Noodles to the boiling water, simmer for 2 minutes, stir occasionally.
3. Remove to the bowl with seasoning. Stir, and the noodles are ready to serve.
