作者簡介：
邱妙津（1969～1995）
台灣彰化人，一九六九年生，一九九一年畢業於台大心理系，一九九二年十二月前往法國，留學巴黎第八大學心理系臨床組，一九九五年六月日在巴黎自殺身亡，得年僅廿六歲。邱妙津多方面的才華在大學時代就開始充分顯現，曾以〈囚徒〉獲得中央日報短篇小說文學獎，並以〈寂寞的群眾〉獲得聯合文學中篇小說新人獎。除了寫作，邱妙津還擔任義務性的心理輔導工作、雜誌社的記者，同時拍攝了一部長度三十分鐘的十六釐米影片《鬼的狂歡》。
一九九五年六月邱妙津驟然辭世掀起了台灣文壇一陣驚愕，隨即造成一時風潮。同年十月她的首部長篇小說《鱷魚手記》獲得時報文學獎推薦獎，書中的「拉子」、「鱷魚」等詞也成為台灣女同志襲用的自我稱號。最後一部作品《蒙馬特遺書》更由前衛導演魏瑛娟搬上舞台，這都證明邱妙津作品的影響之日久不衰。主要著作有《鬼的狂歡》、《寂寞的群眾》、《鱷魚手記》、《蒙馬特遺書》等。
