建议煮法:

请先将药材配料加以冲洗干净。
加入2.5公升的清水，连同肉类和药材，一起放入锅里。
先用武火烹煮15分钟，调至文火煨煮2个小时。
最后依据个人喜好，加入适量盐或是调味料，直到肉类熟透趁热享用。

Preparation:

Rinse and drain all the herbs to remove dust and dirt.
Pour in 2.5L water, meat and all the herbs in soup pot.
