Usage: Put the ingredients in a pot, add 3 bowls of water (1 litter), and cook for 3 hours.

Avoid direct sunlight and keep it in the refrigerator.

食用方法：将配料放入煲内，加入3碗清水（一公升）用猛火煮沸，转小火将3碗水煲3小时成一碗水服用即可。
