1) 2包(40g)海鸥茗香苑白胡椒汤料包。 2) 2公斤肉类(牛肚或其他肚腩),切块。 3) 加入2000ml水。 4) 用中小火煮约45分钟。
1) 2 packet (40g) of Hai-O Meng Heong White Pepper Soup Spices. 2 2kg of meats (cow maw or others) cut to preferred size. 3) Add 2000ml of water. 4) Use medium temperature to cook for 45 minutes.
