Suggested Usage:

Pour 10 to 15 drops of Effective Cellulite Removal Oil between hands and massage gently onto cleansed skin for 10 minutes. Use twice daily, morning and evening. Apply into the area of concern .

Aromatherapy Bath Salts Cellulite Recipe

To Use:

Add 1/2­1 cup of the salts and 20 drops of Effective Cellulite Removal Oil to running bath water. Mix well to ensure that the salt has dispersed well in the tub before entering.


Anti-cellulite massage with GUA-SHA plate


Pour 10 to 15 drops of Effective Cellulite Removal Oil between hands and massage gently onto cleansed skin and scrape massage with GUA-SHA plate.

Gua-Sha means scraping out everything bad – toxins. It improves the skin condition and the blood and lymph flow in the body. At first the skin becomes red and a little burning up and bruises may appear but they do not hurt.
