Ingredients : 100% Organic Garbanzo (Chickpea) Bean

Garbanzo beans, also known as chickpeas, are part of the legume family. They have a nutty, creamy taste and a slightly grainy texture. They are great source of protein, minerals, vitamins, fiber, and other beneficial nutrients.

Use in salads, dips, soups, stews, curries, hummus and in making the popular falafel.
To cook: Soak overnight, rinse and combine 1 cup garbanzo beans with 4 cups water (enough to cover the beans completely) in a large pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, cooking until tender (approximately 2 hours).
