Ingredients : 100% Organic Flaxseed Oil

Flaxseed oil comes from the seeds of the flax plant (Linum usitatissimum, L.). It contains omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which are both polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) that the body is unable to produce but are necessary to human health. It is packed in an opaque bottle to reduce oxidation. This unrefined flax seed oil contains no additives, preservatives, bleaching agents or hexane.

Suggested Use
Take 1 – 2 tablespoon daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Can be taken straight or mix into salads, beverages, protein drinks, cottage cheese, cereal or other foods.
