朱迪斯．巴特勒（Judith Butler）
美國當代極具影響力的理論家，2012年度阿多諾獎獲得者。1956年生於美國俄亥俄州克利夫蘭，1984年於耶魯大學獲得哲學博士學位，現任教於加州大學伯克利分校修辭學與比較文學系，在女性主義理論、酷兒理論、政治哲學、倫理學、猶太哲學等領域著述頗豐，主要著作有《戰爭的框架》《岔路：猶太性與猶太復國主義批判》《欲望主體》《性別麻煩》《身體之重》《權力的精神世界》《偏激話語》《消解性別》《說明自身》《集會的表演理論札記》等。
