姜貞吟
法國巴黎第八大學（Université Paris 8 Vincennes-Saint-Denis）女性研究博士，現職為國立中央大學客家語文暨社會科學學系副教授。研究領域主要為性別與族群、性別與政治參與等，探討行動者所處社會的性別體制，特別是當性別、族群跟社會文化間相互鑲嵌為在地結構時，行動者如何與之協商跟突破，進而展現行動主體的能動。著有專書《現代台灣客家女性》（2012），相關研究收錄於《這是愛女、也是厭女》、《性別向度與台灣社會（第三版）》、《客家エスニシティとグローバル現象》（《客家族群與全球現象》）、《發聲與行動：大學教師的學術勞動與性別運動》等書，以及《台灣社會研究季刊》、《全球客家》、《客家研究》、《客家公共事務學報》、《婦研縱橫》等期刊。曾任女性學學會理事，同時擔任財團法人婦女新知基金會副董事長、教育部《性別平等教育季刊》副總編輯、行政院性別平等委員會委員、客委會性別平等專案小組委員等，長期關注性別議題的社會倡議，尤其是從知識體系的研究到意識行動的實踐。
內容簡介：
在地性別啟動的是地域社會裡意義系統的性別配置與秩序，規範行動者在多重結構交織下作為性別主體。在地社會的父系繼嗣文化與多重結構交互作用，從私領域到公領域影響深遠，包括場域文化、社會慣習、社會互動等，形成在地「實在」的性別體制。本書從性別研究途徑，探討客家族群聚居的桃竹苗與閩南族群為主的金門，在此一宗親文化盛行區內，宗族／親作為父系繼嗣體制典型的代表組織，運作機制中的性別配置與秩序所形構成的支配從屬結構關係，如何規範不同性別的社會行動與如何影響在地性別結構文化。
本書嘗試把貫穿「公領域」「私領域」之間的結構軸線拉出，先討論宗族場域內的性別關係，進一步指出宗親政治在地性的性別化，呈現父系繼嗣體制貫穿公私領域的連動性。研究議題的設定，希望「既」（both）能從「身分規範」到「知識建構」，進而延伸「實踐行動」，「且」（and）也是從「回家路上」到「成神之路」，以致「女歸成神」的實質意義與象徵意義。而結構之外的重返與創生，讓女性不只返歸家族／宗族的神位範疇，也回歸「文化系統」的「自主生命之家」，進而證成性別主體自主的完整，回到自我的開始與終結的那個生命的家，人人得吉歸成主體。藉由以宗族／親與性別的分析與討論，從各章分殊的經驗現象到共同的理論對話，本書探討父系繼嗣體制、地域社會、宗親政治、交織情境等相互作用，是從私領域到公領域的一組鑲嵌在社會結構上的完整性別體制。
