《在時間的核中》是墨西哥當代著名女詩人卡柔．布拉喬代表作。卡柔．布拉喬是拉美新巴洛克詩歌代表人物，1951年生於墨西哥城，出版《暫棲之膚的魚》、《向死的存在》等九本詩集。屢獲國際文學殊榮，包括墨西哥「國家詩歌獎」、「薩卡特卡斯州國際獎」等。她的詩歌在繼承西班牙語巴洛克詩歌傳統的同時，借鑒了美國「語言派詩學」，擅用層疊深化的意象。
