这台台湾e01是采用台湾制造的SUS304食品级不锈钢材质制造。
整台电锅分为上盖，内锅，中锅，而且外壳皆采用SUS 304食品级不锈钢材质制成。
内锅底部由六层SUS 304不锈钢制成。
里面的内锅是分离式的设计，可以直接拿出来清洗，不会担心有漏电的问题。
而且锅盖设计是8cm，比一般普通的锅盖还要高。这样超高锅盖8cm的设计，让你在蒸饭时还可以多叠一层食物同时一起蒸煮。
还可以配搭最高到八个蒸笼使用，同一时间蒸鱼和蒸龙虾或螃蟹都可以。
内锅也可以直接放在煤气炉，电磁炉或陶瓷热炉直接煮食。
底部的六层厚斧不锈钢设计让煮食更加快熟也更加省电。最重要的是底部蒸汽立体循环加热，食材受热均匀不焦黑。
