作者簡介：
郝景芳
1984年生於天津。2006年從北京清華大學物理系畢業，進入北京清華大學天體物理中心；同年，郝景芳正式開始科幻寫作。2013年獲得北京清華大學經濟學博士學位。2018年赴哈佛大學甘迺迪學院擔任客座學者。
其作品包括短篇小說集《孤獨深處》、《人之彼岸》；長篇小說《流浪蒼穹》、《生於1984》。

我在火車上想記錄旅途中所見到的東西，以完成拖了很久卻沒完成的碩士論文。可是景物在我眼前飛過，什麼也記錄不下來。「著火啦，快逃！」突然不知是誰喊了一句，眾人如夢初醒，我跟人群一起跳下車，滾動著摔在大地上。這時候我突然想起我的旅伴。我竟把他忘了。這明明是我此行最重要的事情。我一下子就跳起來，順著鐵軌前行的方向一直奔跑，火車竟已不見蹤影。
