亞曼達．斯泰爾斯（Amanda Sthers）
為專職作者、導演、劇作家。她的第一本書為《影攝我域》（暫譯，原名為Ma place sur la photo），首次的劇本創作《金髮玉女老猶太》（暫譯，原名為Le Vieux Juif blonde）即獲得國際好評，讓她一夕成名。二○○五年的《雞街》（暫譯，Chicken Street），則獲義大利 《共和國報》（La Reppublica）評選為年度最佳書籍，並譯為十多國語言。其他尚有《那些聖地》（Les Terres saintes）和 《瑪德琳與承諾》（Madeleine et Les Promesses）等十餘部作品。曾獲雜誌《浮華世界》（Vanity Fair）選為「世界上最性感的作家」。近年執導作品為《太太麥來亂》（Madame）與改編自原著的同名電影《那些聖地》（Holy Lands）。
