100% 長相思釀製的干白葡萄酒，有機葡萄酒認證ECOCERT SAS
F.32600。風土： Mardelle 和Bocagerie 高原。土壤由粘土-矽質
地層上的風化沙子組成。收穫：機械。釀造：直接壓榨葡萄。獲得
的果汁通過簡單的自然傾析進行冷沉澱。在18°C 的調節溫度下自
然發酵（不添加酵母）。然後在大桶中陳釀，定期攪拌4個月。
Dry white wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, certified
organic wine ECOCERT SAS F.32600. terroir: Mardelle and
Bocagerie plateau. The soil is made up of clay-siliceous strata of
weathered sand. Harvesting: mechanical. Winemaking: direct
pressing of the grapes. The juice obtained is cold precipitated
by a simple natural decantation. Natural fermentation at a
regulated temperature of 18°C (no yeast is added). The wine is
then aged in vats and stirred regularly for 4 months.
