This is a dry red wine made from 100% Malbec grapes, certified organic wine ECOCERT SAS F.32600. Terroir: The first coast of Toucheronde faces due south. The siliceous soil, rich in various
cobbles (flint, terraces, sponge, etc.), guarantees a rapid warming of the environment. Harvesting: manual selection and sorting of very ripe grapes. Winemaking: The de-stemmed grapes were carefully placed in 500 liter open top vats. The vats were fermented for a long time (5-6 weeks) and holes were punched daily at the beginning of fermentation. The malolactic fermentation took place in the same vats. The next 12 months of ageing were always in the same vats.
