採用100%佳美葡萄釀造,有機葡萄酒認證ECOCERT SAS F.32600。風土: Toucheronde 和Rouère 的第一海岸。土壤由富含各種鵝卵石(燧石、台階、海綿等)組成,確保環境迅速變暖。收穫:手動裝在小板條箱中,以保持葡萄在大桶中的完整性。釀造:整串,碳酸浸漬。在受控溫度下發酵持續8至10天。在大桶中陳化6個月。得獎紀錄如下:Les Gravouilles 2020 年Concours Mondial du Gamay 金牌;2022 年ConcoursGénéral Agricole銀牌;2021 年Concours des Vins du Val de Loire 銀牌。
Made with 100% Gamay grapes, certified organic wine ECOCERT SASF.32600.Terroir: Toucheronde and Rouère of the first coast. The soil is madeup of a variety of cobbles (flint, steps, sponge, etc.) to ensure a rapidly warming environment. Harvesting: Manual Packed in small crates to preserve the integrity of the grapes in the vats. Winemaking: Whole bunch, carbonic acid maceration. Fermentation at controlled temperatures lasting 8 to 10 days. Aging in vats for 6 months. The awards are as follows: Les Gravouilles 2020 Concours Mondial du Gamay Gold Medal; 2022 ConcoursGénéral Agricole Silver Medal; 2021 Concours des Vins du Val de Loire Silver Medal.
