這是一款由80%馬爾貝克和20%品麗珠混釀而成的紅葡萄酒,有機葡萄酒認證ECOCERT SAS F.32600 風土: Toucheronde 的第一個海岸面向正南。土壤由富含各種鵝卵石(燧石、台階、海綿等)的矽質土壤組成,確保環境迅速變暖。收穫:手動,裝在小板條箱中,以保持葡萄在大桶中的完整性。釀造:50%整串和碳酸浸漬+50%去梗收穫和傳統釀造。在受控溫度下發酵持續6至12天。在大桶陳化18個月。得獎紀錄:Millésime Bio 2022 挑戰賽金牌。
This is a red wine blended with 80% Malbec and 20% Cabernet Franc, certified organic ECOCERT SAS F.32600 Terroir: The first coast ofToucheronde faces due south. The soil is made up of siliceous soils rich in various cobbles (flint, terraces, sponge, etc.), ensuring a rapidly warming environment. Harvesting: Manual, in small crates to preserve the integrity of the grapes in the vats. Winemaking: 50% whole bunch and carbonic maceration + 50% destemming and traditional winemaking. Fermentation at controlled temperatures for 6 to 12 days. Aged in vats for 18 months.
Winner: Gold Medal in the Millésime Bio 2022 Challenge.

In the mouth it is surprisingly rich with very ripe red and black fruit aromas. The tannins are very fine, leaving a long and pleasant finish.

在15 至17°C之間飲用最佳,極適合搭配紅肉、鴨肉、醃製肉類。
