As the product is customized we are unable to offer or accept refunds (unless they have arrived damaged or faulty). Due to the nature of the sublimation process there may be a slight difference in color compared to your original graphic or as you see it on your computer screen. We are using first quality products. However, the process involves a heat press so the finished product may not appear as sharp as your original.
