1. All products under our store are under 1month warranty period under MANUFACTURING DEFECTS ONLY! All products are checked before sending out. Items crushed by POSLAJU/ J&T / GDex we will take responsibility, please add on 'bubble wrap' onto your product to avoid any inconvenience.

2. All rude attitude of claim will NOT be entertained. If you find an abnormality when you receive the product, please take a photo and send it to the chat for proving. The customer service staff will handle it for you immediately. Our operating hours are every day at 09:00~20:00. Do not use evaluation communication.

3. Item will be posted within 1-3 working days. We will NOT take responsibility for any delay in delivery after we've posted within the time frame.
