Gently milled by stone ground method, Country Farm Organics White Rice Flour is done on large, cool and slow-turning millstones, where the flavour and nutrients are well retained. Removal of rice bran makes the flour looking beige, but it is polished gently in order to minimize the loss of minerals and vitamins. Organic rice that use for this flour is harvested from the island of Java, which gives a hint of pandan aroma and smooth texture to the pastries and breads.
