Love me, Love me, Say that you love me with this romantic and pleasant blend, fill the space with a loving and warm atmosphere. If you'd like a little extra touch of excitement, add 3 drops of the exotic Ylang Ylang Essential Oil to spice up the mood.

IN THIS SET

1. Bergamot Essential Oil

2. Rose Geranium Essential Oil

3. Grapefruit Essential Oil

How-To use I Love You Blend for massage:

5-10ml Jojoba Oil

1 drop Bergamot essential Oil

1 drop Rose Geranium essential oil

1 drop Grapefruit essential oil

DIRECTION: Combine all the oils according to the ratio above, massage regularly to relieve stiff muscles or for relaxation before sleep.

How-To Diffuse:

10 drops Rose Geranium essential oil

9 drops Bergamot essential oil

5 drops Grapefruit essential oil

DIRECTION: Combine all the oils according to the ratio above into your essential oil diffuser with water. Diffuse not more than 1-2 hours a day if you have children around, switch off before sleep.

HOW-TO DIY ROLL-ON: Combine all the oils according to the ratio above into 15ml Roll-On glass bottle, fill up the bottle with Jojoba Oil, apply on the head, neck, chest, and feet. Repeat 3 times a day, or before sleep.

How to use essential oils for relaxation:

Inhalation is the most beneficial way to use essential oils for relaxation. You can inhale essential oils by sniffing a drop from your palm.
