成分： 陈皮，莱菔子，赤小豆，熟薏米，生薏米，厚朴，桂枝

煮法 : 清洗干净，加入 700ml 清水煲滚之后，小火熬至45分钟。

建议可以前晚材料倒入盛水器, 將煮沸的水倒入以清洗花茶。 再次倒入热水浸泡或焗一晚，第二天即可享用, 可翻泡至无味。
