Preparation:

Rinse and drain all the herbs to remove dust and dirt.
Pour in 2.5L water, meat and all the herbs in soup pot.
Boil under high temperature for 15 minutes, continue boiling for another 2 hours under medium temperature.
Season ti taste with salt/ soy sauce. Remove from heat and serve warm.

建议煮法:

请先将药材配料加以冲洗干净。
加入2.5公升的清水，连同肉类和药材，一起放入锅里。
先用武火烹煮15分钟，调至文火煨煮2个小时。
