Biogrow - Oat BG22

Ingredient:
Oat BG22 contains wholly imported premium Sweedish oat bran powder with 20% beta-glucan.

• High in dietary fiber, protein, magnesium, iron & zinc.
• Very low in sodium (salt).
• May contain traces of gluten from wheat and related grain species

Direction For Use:
Mix with plain, cold or warm water, fruit juices, soymilk and milk or sprinkle onto cereal, salad, yoghurt, gravies and soups.

Suggested Daily Intake:
2-3 scoops a day to be taken before meals. 2 scoops (18g) provide 3.6g beta-glucan

Storage Method:
Store in dry condition at normal room temperature.

Shelf Life:
The quality of this product is guaranteed up to 2 years after the time of production. Once container is opened consume contents within 3 months.
