Bentong Premium soy sauce is naturally fermented by using traditional brewing methods. After approximately six months fermentation, the raw soy sauce is separated from the cake of wheat and soy residue by pressing it through layers of filtration cloth. The liquid that emerges is then pasteurized. Finally, the liquid is bottled as soy sauce.
彭亨文冬一品酱油是使用传统的酿造方法自然发酵而成的。发酵大约六个月后,生酱油通过滤布层压榨,从小麦饼和大豆残渣中分离出来。然后将出现的液体进行消毒。最后,将液体瓶装为酱油。
