Step 1-Cleanse
Wet yoir hair. Apply an appropriate amount of BAWANG Anti-hair Fall Shampoo on your wet hair. Massage onto wet hair and scalp to lather for 3-5 minutes. Rinse your hair with warm water.
Step 2-Moisturize & Nourish
Apply an appropriate amount of BAWANG Anti-hair Fall Conditioner on your shampooed hair. Make sure gently massage your hair and scalp for 2-3 minutes. (special) Rinse your hair with warm water

Product Return Policy
In what condition do we accept product exchange and/or refund?
Customer are allowed to return products within 14 calendar days from shipment date under the following circumstances:
a.) Manufacturing defects.
b.) We delivered the wrong item.

(b) What do we need to verify that the item is allowed for exchange or return?
In most cases, we will need your help to get a few photo or video (handphone standard is sufficient, no need studio photography. ) of the item, show us where is the problem and we will get it processed. Off course, we will need to know the order ID too.
Refund or replacement will not be applicable for the following situations:
a) Original packaging missing
b) Any item that has been worn, or altered.
c) Used items (for cosmetic and other personal items such as under garments, adult toys)
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, we will be responsible for the shipping cost if we had sent a wrong/defeat product to you.
