KAMUT is a protected species coined as QK 77 by USDA. It is 100% Organic and is extracted from its young tender leaves. KAMUT is a non hybrid, non GMO plant of ancient civilization of Egypt in the river Nile 4,000 years ago. KAMUT contains more protein, trace minerals and nutrients than other greens.
