Direction of Use
Apply Ascence Advanced Aqua Moisturizer Cream then followed by Ascence Advanced Brightening UV Shield SPF 50 onto face and neck. Apply with circular outward movements until even. For best results, apply half an hour before sun exposure.

Ascence-International.com ship and deliver orders in Malaysia and Singapore. All orders are shipped and delivered via POSLaju or any other reputable courier service on Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysia public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Subject to product availability, all orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.
- All orders are normally delivered within 7 business days in Peninsula Malaysia and within 10 business days in East Malaysia and Singapore, from the order’s ship date.
- FREE shipping applies to orders in Malaysia. This is not applicable for orders in Singapore.
NB: all orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for the order, there will be a second attempt delivery. If both deliveries failed, we shall cancel the order and refund will be made subject to deduction of shipping charges.
Damaged Items And Return Policy
In the event the item is damaged in your shipment, please contact us within 3 working days via email. To ensure prompt solution, please:
- Retain the shipping box, packing material and the damaged item for inspection;
- Provide us a description and photos of the damaged item; and
- Provide the order number with your email address.
In the event that you do not wish to have a replacement of the damaged item, you will be responsible for returning the item to us for refund. The refunds will only be made to the original credit/debit card used within 14 business days of receipt of your returned package. NB: Return charges will be borne by us if the returned is a result of our error.
