(13) Used as alarm pad-lock :
(a) To unlock (open), insert key into key port, turn the key into clockwise direction, remove groove, turn the key into anticlockwise direction to remove key from key port.
(b) To lock (closed), insert key into key port, turn the key into clockwise direction, plug in the groove, u will hear "beep" sound middle way, plug in the groove totally till the bottom, turn the key into anticlockwise direction to remove key from key port.
(c) If the lock being vibrated, you will hear 3 times "beep" sound 1 seconds each time continuously, after 5 seconds, the alarm will ring till 15 seconds, stop 5 seconds, then another 15 seconds intervals and unlimitedly.
(d) To stop the alarm, repeat unlock (open) process.
(14) Used as normal pad-lock :
(a) Change the groove direction from left to right (exchange).
(b) To unlock (open), insert key into key port, turn the key into clockwise direction, remove groove, turn the key into anticlockwise direction to remove key from key port.
(c) To lock (closed), insert key into key port, turn the key into clockwise direction, put in the groove totally till bottom, turn the key into anticlockwise direction to remove key from key port.
(15) Battery Replacement :
(a) Remove the groove.
(b) Use a cross screw driver (with magnetic tip) to remove the 2 screws in the shackle holes, loosen with anticlockwise direction, tighten with clockwise direction.
(c) Remove cover and replace the batteries (6 x A76 / LR44, 1.5V).
(d) Polarity of the batteries and its rack must goes on same way it came off in the batteries column.
(e) Batteries should last 2 years under normal operating situations.
