What's in the box:

6 x breastmilk storage bottles
6 x screw caps
6 x sealing discs

Express/Pump directly into the bottle and close it with srew cap. Breastmilk can be expanded during refrigeration so store reasonable amount. Label date/time and store bottle in refrigerator or freezer. Thaw frozen breast milk in refrigerator before warming. Use warm water or electrical warmer to warm breast milk before feeding.
