METHOD OF COOKING PES MEE UDANG ADAMI

1) 1 packet ADAMI PRAWN NOODLE PASTE 200G

2) 600gms yellow noodles

3) 1.5 liter of water

4) fried bean curd puffs 6 pieces

5) 3 boil eggs (cut half)

6) 12 L-size prawns (peel)

7) bean sprouts 80gms

8) spring onions

9) fried shallots

Methold of cooking :

1) Add water and ADAMI prawn noodle paste into a pot , stir well

2) Put in all the recipe ingredients and bring to boil

3) Put in yellow noodles and cook for 2 minutes

4) Dressing with fried shallots and spring onions

5) serves for 6 persons . ( Cut half boil egg can be added to the dish )

* Adami prawn noodle can serve with lime and tomato sauce .
