**Curing time is very short. To lengthen the curing time ratio 100 : 1.5 is acceptable. **Curing time is longer than industrial mold. Mixture ratio is acceptable 1:1. AB liquid food grade mold making silicone (1kg) is a silicone suitable for making chocolate, soap, cake and other food related items. It cures at room temperature (25C) within 12-24 hours with negligible shrinkage. Cures faster when temperature is around (35C). Creates semi soft, flexible silicone molds which can withstand up to 200C.

Tips :

1. Leave the mold for a few days before starting to use it. This will prolong the lifespan of the silicone mold.

2. Testing is recommended to avoid chemical reaction between the liquid with "surface of the container.

3. Avoid contact with water, impurities, smoke, organic tin catalyst, acid, alkali and other sulfur, phosphorus, nitrogen and organic materials which will affect the mixture from curing.

You may use glue stick to glue the item you want into the mold box then only pour the industrial mold into the mold box. After 4-10 hours, you may take out the mold and the mold box are reusable.

As for the resin, it is a fast curing item where the ratio is 3:1 of the AB resin. Mix well of the resin before pour into the ready silicon mold. Suggest to well mixed at least of 2 minutes.
