PSB Directions for use:
1. Please shake well our PSB bacteria before use and the ratio is 2 ml of PSB bacteria per 40 litres of aquarium water.
2. You can use our PSB bacteria, for every 7-10 days or changing water or adding new fish.

Shipping Policy
- All the shipping cost is payable by the buyer(s) unless the seller free shipping voucher apply.
- Shipping will be processed within 3 working days (i.e., Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends) from the date of order is paid and confirm.
- The shipping time may vary depending on the respective shipping company and the delivery area condition. Therefore, we do not liable for any delay in the arrival date and time.
- The seller will choose the shipping company based on the availability and the lowest delivery cost unless the buyer prefers to use other shipping companies (i.e., subjected to availability and an additional charge for an extra cost incurred).
- At this moment, our shipping area is covered within Peninsular Malaysia only.
- Pickup at the selected area(s) of Simpang Ampat (Postcode: 14100) is free of charge.
- Pickup time and place shall be based on both parties (i.e., seller and buyer) agreed arrangement (i.e., pickup place, date and time).
- Any COD at the selected area(s) of Penang State is subject to additional charges and the arrangement of the delivery time, date and place.
- The COD charges are based on the product weight, the distance between Simpang Ampat (14100) and the destination, and the other cost incurred during the delivery (i.e., Toll Charges, Deliveryman wages, etc.).
