Clean & Clean Nutrition Drink with Fibre
Recommended use

1. Constipation/ Lose weight
   • 2 sachets per day. Pour into 250ml of cold water, mix well and consumer immediately. For adults, take a sachet of Hors D’fasting 20 minutes before meal every morning and night on an empty stomach.
2. Maintain intestinal health
   • A sachet per day (preferably in the morning or evening) at any time convenient for you.
3. For detoxification
