Appointment: The appointment time and date will be agreed upon by the customer and the seller. The customer is responsible for arriving on time for their appointment. If the customer is at most 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled at the seller's discretion.

Payment: The customer is required to pay the total price of the facial treatment at the time of booking through Lazada. All payments are non-refundable.
