Allulose is a low calorie sugar with the same clean, sweet taste you know from regular sugar.

Allulose is one of many different sugars which exist in nature in very small quantities. It was initially identified from wheat and has since been found in certain fruits including jackfruit, figs and raising. It is therefore often called a "rare sugar" and of course a "natural sugar".

Unlike regular sugar (sucrose), Allulose is not recognized by the body as a carbohydrate and is not metabolized as energy. It therefore has a negligible amount of calories.
