Directions:

For face:Massage small amounts of butter into facial skin and under eyes. No other cream or oil is needed. Shea Nilotica can be used as itself for daily facial care.

For body:Massage into areas such as arms, thighs, abdomen, etc. Not recommended for harder spots such as hands, knees, feet and elbows. For these areas we recommend our Shea Gold or Shea Organik.
