Recommended Usage

For maintenance dosage

Mix 20ml (cup provided with the product) of the enzyme with 4 5 parts of water or fruit juice, serve at a temperature below 40C. Take once a day, preferably first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

For therapeutic dosage

Mix 30ml (cup provided with the product) of the enzyme with 4 5 parts of water or fruit juice, serve at a temperature below 40C. Take once or twice a day, preferably first thing in the morning or last thing at night on an empty stomach.
