isopropyl alcohol, aqua, methanol, pinus sylvestris oil, citrus aurantium dulcis oil, gaultheria procumbens leaf oil, citrus bergamia oil, citrus medica limonum oil, terpineol, terpineol acetate, ethyl acetate, benzyl benzoate, rosmarius officinalis leaf oil, lavandula angustifolia oil.

Directions :

lightly apply several times daily Usage:adults and children over 6 years : use a small amount of pressure to apply in a circle on the affected area. This product can be used before or after sporting activity.

Warnings :

for external use only.
